"Nursing care facilities for the elderly" are facilities that provide not only nursing care and care under medical supervision by a doctor, but also rehabilitation by occupational therapists and physiotherapists, as well as daily services such as nutritional management, meals, and bathing, in order to support the independence of elderly people who require care and aim for them to return home.
 Care services tailored to the condition and goals of each individual user are provided by specialized staff, including doctors, and we have a system in place to provide peace of mind even at night.

Target users

Those who require nursing care, are in a stable condition, and do not require hospitalization, but require care centered on rehabilitation, nursing care, and care.

"Needing nursing care" refers to someone who falls into one of the "Nursing care need classifications (levels 1 to 5)" defined by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

    Please contact us by phone and we will provide you with consultation.

  2. Consultation and facility tour

    We invite family members to our facility, where we explain the overview of our facility and ask about the situation and wishes of the person and their family. 
    When visiting, please be sure to call in advance to confirm the date and time of your visit with the person in charge.

  3. Application procedure

    Please submit the following required documents by visiting us or by mail: 
      1. Application form 
      2. ADL questionnaire 
      3. Health certificate 
      4. Copy of nursing care insurance certificate

  4. Interview with the person in question

    A representative will interview you.

  5. Admissions decision meeting

    The decision as to whether or not a user should be admitted will be made at a review meeting.

  6. Start using

    The date and time of use will be adjusted, and use will commence after the contract is signed.
