Joint Information Session on EPA

今回、EPA合同説明会にフィリピンに行ってきました。
　応募者の方は１００名以上。うちに来てくれるか？心配でしたが…
This time, we went to the Philippines for the EPA Joint Information Session.
There were over 100 applicants. We were worried, "Will they choose us?" but...

皆さん熱心に我々の説明を聞いてくださいました。
Everyone listened to our explanations with great interest !!!

映像で当法人「介護老人保健施設恵の杜」の紹介映像を見てくださいました。
ノート型パソコンで見ていただいたので見にくかったかもしれません。
今後は工夫が必要です。
They watched a video introducing our organization's Nursing Home for the Elderly, MEGUMI-NO-MORI.
They watched it on a laptop, so it may have been difficult to see.
We need to be more creative in the future.

紹介映像の説明の補足をiPadを使用し英語に翻訳・発声しました。
もう少し音量が大きく出れば良かったです。
We used an iPad to translate and speak into English supplementary explanations in the introductory video.
It would have been better if the volume was a little louder.

我々の英語力では、説明が不十分で翻訳機を使わせていただきました。
応募者の皆さんも理解してくださり、翻訳機を使って質問をしてくださいました。
暖かいまなざしで我々を見ていてくださいました。
Our English skills were not good enough to explain things well, so we had to use a translator.
The applicants understood and used the translator to ask us questions.
They looked at us with warm eyes.

EPA説明会翌日　無事に帰国しました。海外初めての者もいて不安なことがたくさんありましたが、フィリピンの方々の暖かさを感じ帰国しました。
The day after the EPA briefing, we returned home safely. Some of us were traveling abroad for the first time, so we had many concerns, but we felt the warmth of the Filipino people and returned home.
